It's a rather foolish move for Amiga Inc to go as far as having a trial case against Hyperion, and not even having documents to claim their rights. When thinking of the fact that Amiga Inc has done NOTHING for the community, produced NOTHING, i hope Hyperion will win this case so that AmigaOS4 will be available on any hardwares we like. Hyperion has said willingly that AmigaOS4 could be ported to x86 if only they had the permission to do so...
