Oh, what a tangled web we weave. It will be very interesting to see how Hyperion can prove their allegations. Some of it is still hearsay. Looking forward to how AInc responds to all this, since they are the ones with the documents to prove the legality of company transfers and ownership. I still hope for settlement instead of a full blown, messy court case.
