But actually it is Ed. If I say I hate you avatar and all those other Battlestar Galactica folks. You'd probably point want to point out that Vadar isnt from Battlestar Galactica. The Judge points to two documents that have nothing to do with selling the OS or 25K, and preceeds to talk about 25K and selling the OS. Thats what you get when you have 30 minutes each to talk for an injunction and no back and forth basically. In a trial, we'll see lots more info out there, and the lawyers will be telling the jury what things mean, and this is liable to go badly for Hyperion. Even a win for Hyperion in the court case does virtually nothing for the OS.
