The Vampire stand alone 100mm wide so idea for fitting in the floppy bay for front access to the DB9s and one of the USB ports. The rest of the I/O could trail out the back of the user I/O space either using standard cables or a custom bracket and extender cables for those willing to spend the extra for a neater finish at the rear.

This would be ideal for anyone wanting a PC or Tabor inside the same case.

looks really nice. pity the concept of these deep boxes my not really fit the modern lcd monitors as it was appropriate for the old tubes. once upon a time i borrowed a habit of putting a4000 boxes upright on or under the desk. if i wasnt meddling with them all the time i would probably even put them behind the screen.

How about keyboard? I would belive A500 is easy, but A1200 is different thing.

Would keyboard case work with A500 and A1200 keyboard? How about cables and connectors?

Have you tried contacting Amigakit or a similar site ? If I remember well, they had helped fund kickstarter for the cases for Amiga 1200 and Amiga 500.

Maybe they would be interested in your kickstarter too?

Seems to like a great idea.

At first I thought the new Checkmate would be a great official case for the A1222, but actually something smaller, cheaper and mass produced would make more sense to keep the price of the A1222 down.

Amigakit have not been in touch and I await the Tabor as I believe it will make some difference.

I also await the Vampire standalone which is another that is a good example as is the AmiITX board
