hmmm, acessed no problem today, prolly just something gone down somewhere...

I know the Pic and the story behind it....

It wasn't a vet, it was a pet groomer... the woman took her cat (a pursian) in to have a 'line' cut (trim off the long hair underneath to stop it dragging in the mud), but she had a very strong southern (USA) accent and the assistant thought she said 'lion' cut

Hey, aw, chaps.
I suppose a beaver shot in my avatar is right out, then, is it?

Yes... an "embedded" system, with Amiga "augmentation" therapy.

I LOVE the expression on the cat's face !
gets me every time !

some of the Avatars have been a little bit 'iffy' given that kids come here. some might get a little over excited. put 'em off their homework. I personally dont mind, but it can go too far the other way too.

...and the only people likely to get offended by mine are D*rby or L**cester fans (eyup JC !). Possibly N*tts too !

PS: there is a story attached to the 'pussy' picture - apparently there is a haircut for furry cats called a 'line' cut, which sorts out the hair on the underbelly, to stop it getting all manky. anyway, the woman who owned said moggy was a New Yorker (or somesuch) and was misunderstood by the non-NY cat-barber - who thought she had requested a 'Lion' cut. PRICELESS !!!

DOH! thats the second time today that's happened to me ! (note to self: must remember to read whole thread before posting.)

I love some of the avatars on this forum. AKA, the lovely girlies in tight tops! As for me, i made a decision and chose Sweep as my avatar! I know, but i stick by it! What does everyone else think!

With the attitude that a feline exhibits when its pissedoff, you gotta wonder about that vacuum-brain who kept a tiger in a NY appartment for TWO years?!?

THAT'S one kitty-litter tray that I wouldn't want to have to change daily!

RECENT SCORE:

°Tigers- 3.

° Dreamworld Park Attendants- 1 down.
Magicians- 1 down.
NY ap'ment dweller- 1 down.
