I think Bush is on drugs or alcohol. That's why he doesn't think clear...

His IQ is as low as a tiny micro mini-cell having no value...

In the 40s he found God and stopped the drugs and alcohol. But, there is something called 'Dry Drunk' Syndrome. After enough time with alcohol your brain chemistry can become permanently effected. The Dry Drunk thinking is clouded and tends to extremes. The person is dry but their behaviors still display symptoms of not being sober. Bush as admitted to being a heavy drinker. Dry Drunk's behavior is characterized by: childishness, rididity, judgementalism, overreaction, irrationalization, and grandiose -- Bush displays all of these characterists. Being a 'heavy drinker' until age 40 is simply using a code for alcoholic. This could be one explaination for Bush's eagerness to engage in violence and so incapable of explaining why.

BTW -- nice job hand selecting US Soliders and then feeding them the desired responses Bush! I think it says volumes that not only does Bush need to hand select people to answer his questions but fails to trust them to be honest answers. Nothing like a public display of distrust of individuals in the military. Bush making patsys out of the US Solider speaks volumes about how sucky this administration truly is.

@BrianK

It seems to me that every time Bush was supposed to hold a speech, he was
dependent on some sort of manuals, in order to say the rights things on the
right times...

And every time something critical happened, he was either on vacation or
drunk... USA! Get ride of that man! He is a tragecy that has ever happened!

yes, it's in poor taste, but that's the point!

Poor taste only because it is a fake photo. There are enough real photos of this creep around. We don't need to be doctoring them up. Still, it speaks volumes.
it's satire. and it came out almost immediately after the disaster with FEMA.
Satire is the most powerful tool we have now that the monkey is in there.

hopefully, people will be indicted, heads will roll, and justice will be served, but, i ain't holding my breath.

And, people have already discussed the "dry drunk" idea. just do a google and you'll see articles about it. I think it hits the nail on the head.

I don't really like insulting someone's head of state but he is such a ####wit. It's funny this democracy thing. I hardly know anyone who voted Labour and I hear Americans saying they hardly know anyone who voted for Bush!

Apologies are really due.

I cannot convey in words how embarrassed of him I am.

I am sure there must be many like him living through out the world, but they usually do not get elected to the top of their country's government even a first time. Let alone a 2nd time.

I suppose you are correct. We need all the tools at hand to battle this plight.

I am not so sure about the justice. We also have a sickness going on in our justice system in this country. Courts and judges are too concerned about the law breaker's rights than the law abider's rights. It is almost as if you do not have any rights until you become a criminal. I am so sick and tired of criminals being let out onto the streets to repeat the same crimes over and over. Better stop here before I start to ramble.

I've never heard of this "dry drunk" subject before. I'll agree with you, though. It does hit the nail on the head.

I don't like insulting another country's elected head of state. That should be left up to the citizens of that country. But since GWB was given the 1st election by the high court [because of GWB's brother's Flordia scandal] and his tentacles are reaching so many people around the world I think he is fair game for all.

Surely, if not given the office by the high court the 1st time he would never had squeaked by on the 2nd voting. He most likely would not have been running the 2nd time.

GWB is such an embarrassment to most of my countrymen it is no wonder people will not admit to voting for him. I only know one woman co-worker who admits to this action. I advocated against GWB both times. People know where I stand, but I do not want to belong to any political party. I would have to say that I lean more towards the Libertarian way of thinking. More personal rights and less government.

Something is odd about my Firefox v1.0.7. First it does not work, then it does, then it does not.

This gives him an out -- 'Oh I'm an idiot and dullard'. Really he knows what is doing should own up to what he is doing and admit his evil ways.

I don't know what to think! Either Brian is right, and Bush is an evil coward who knows how many innocent lives have been lost and destroyed by his troops, and just doesn't care, rather he only cares about the oil... or he doesn't know the damage he's causing, which makes him, the most powerful man in the world, a moron.

Which is worse? A President with no conscience, or a President with no brain?

Oh... except Bush may have…

A president without consciousness might be seen as less culpable due to lack of intent; one without reason suggests incompetence rather than malice.
Both scenarios are deeply troubling for a nation's leadership and governance, but the absence of conscience implies moral awareness while no brain points towards cognitive deficiency.
