This is not a confirmed quote, it was a translation of some article in Ha'aretz, an Israeli newspaper. The guy who was quoted to hear Bush say it, does not know English and Bush does not know Arabic.

I don't like Bush and I certainly don't like the problems he has caused in regards to world terrorism and our relations with the middle east, but I cannot imagine he would justify his actions using god as an example.

I am not saying it is not true, but if it was a safe source, the reputable media of the world would have reported on it I think.

So which one is it?

If both are correct the only conclusion I can see is the poor control of Iraq by the Bush War Planning has allowed Iraq to become a heaven for Terrorists where it wasn't under Saddam's control.

Either Brian is right, and Bush is an evil coward who knows how many innocent lives have been lost and destroyed by his troops, and just doesn't care, rather he only cares about the oil... or he doesn't know the damage he's causing, which makes him, the most powerful man in the world, a moron.
