sorry you had to read that into hatschi |
There is nothing that I "read into" it. Even if you are right with these claims, it doesn't shed a good light on them (you?). Using an IRC-interview with Adam for bringing up your business issues with him is **not right** imho. It just doesn't belong there.

But I do know the parties involved have tried everything, emails, phone calls etc. to get the contracted and paid for work. |
If they (you?) properly paid and contracted the work, you could always contact a lawyer. What does the community who is interested in Adam's products have to do with this?
Btw, what is your involvement with Troika about (if there is any)?Last edited by hatschi on 12-Jun-2006 at 08:33 PM.

| This thread just started to become interesting.. And I really mean that..
What a great mystery this is..
Wegster: Yeah, The SunFure X2100 (and up) servers are very nice. I would chose them over Dell's any day. For about the same price I get something that is not only a bad-ass Opteron CPU, but also looks good. They look like the Xserves. Good-looking servers isn't a setback. Designed cases in numbers costs about as much as a "non designed" case. |

with some real names, that would avoid the "mystery sphere" around them that some have mentioned already. |
there is no real "mystery sphere", only the one you make in your mind.
btw: hatschi who are you, would be nice to know who I am leaving thoughts with? You are hidden behind a nick, just the same as I am, ok?_________________ "The system no longer works " -- Young Anakin Skywalker |

Given the background of many hoaxes and scams in the Amiga computer market, it's amazing to me that any outfit that's mostly anonymous would expect to be taken seriously. Whether or not there's a "mystery sphere" depends on the games a person wants to play. But there's definitely no substance or credibility either until/unless Troika practices a little common-sense disclosure.

Hatschi isn't presenting himself as involved with an outfit raising hopes about hardware in a starved market, as far as I know, which I'd say makes a difference. Funny how your comment echoes the words of another figure hounded by an "interesting" anonymous accusor -- how does it feel experiencing it from the other side?
