Little help please?

Quote:
March 16, 2005 - San Francisco, CA - Today, KMOS, Inc. announced that it has completed all registrations with the State of Delaware formally changing its corporate identity to Amiga, Inc.

Why wouldn't this be a renewal or similar if it already existed?

My bet is, there aren't any job openings at AInc. in the local newspaper, on Monster.com, or anywhere else you could check. But please, go ahead and check, let us know what you find out.

I can only find job postings at Amiga India. Hmmm, it is curious that all the postings are for mobile phone and windows ce development. All the Amiga programming positions must be full.

"Under maintenance"

And its been that way for months, if not over a year.

@RobertDupuy

I grow pretty wary of this thing about Bill McEwen. I don't trust him or what he says. I used to get a bunch of mails from him where he claimed these plans. Guess what, nothing happened!

I guess it is safe to say that progress at Amiga Dev India is moving at the same breakneck speed as Amiga Inc?

the point. It's hurry now!!

Back to AA/AA2. I think some OS5 code is built in on AA/AA2 therfore are this
message relevant for this tree. OK?

So you don't even know which product is which. * sigh *

And without even understanding which is which (with the little we have been told) you make up FUD about OS5 code probably being in AA & AA2 at this point based on your opinion. What grounds could you possibly be basing these assertions on, unless you are corresponding with Bill and he is saying such?

What Bill has said about AA2 and OS5 is not that much (with there being more out there about OS5). Why not actually read it first before just making stuff up when talking to others of us who have read what Bill has had to say about each? Otherwise there is no rational conversation to be had with you because you are just making stuff up as you go.

Good lets keep that in mind and go back to what you said a couple of posts ago:

Quote:
This "only" games give Amiga Inc 1,7milj$ in 2005.
This game come to give Amiga Inc more money than OS can do for ever.
The "AA-crap" is worth milljons of $ every year. It's a realy goldmarket!

You made definitive statements above. You use no language indicating speculation at all. Now you are being more open and honest, that you were simply guessing.

Quote:
From Amiga Inc site,
"Amiga Anywhere version 2.0 is a new version that has been developed by Amiga and its development team. This new version will allow for quicker deployment and scaling functions on more devices, and by summer 2007 will include support for Linux, and Symbian devices."

The name is AAv2.0!!

Hmm its Fall 2007, that comes after Summer 2007 and just like the promised new Amigas for Summer 2007 there is nothing.

Let me guess your response, based on previous ones, it goes something like this:

"And you know why!!!"

Of course thats you speculating again, each time you've answered with that, that everything at Amiga is slowed to a crawl due to the terribly drained resources for the court case. Except you'll ignore that most announcements have been during the case. But who cares about pesky little factual details like that?

Your hopes and dreams and fantasies of what you wish is going on behind closed doors at Amiga is a nice grand dream and I hope you are right, I think many here would hope that. But please stop with this "mob" nonsense for those of us grounded by years of observing actions and words from Amiga, Inc., who have a deservedly critical eye and speak plainly in that regard.

As someone else pointed out earlier in the thread. The fluff messages you are likely getting from Bill in your emailing back and forth, others got the same stuff years before, for years and years. Your speculation about changes in the amount of available capital to the firm are nice, but still that dosen't remove Bill's lack of credibility IMO. One of the newspapers during the Kent affair said Bill "speaks of the company's future with the enthusiasm of a born salesman", so be careful to take what he is writing you literally. Especially when they are not doing easy things to allay any doubts, like not providing any screenshots to the community of new products. The community I think wants to re-establish trust, and thats saying a lot. Amiga needs to offer an olive branch of proof this time for most though I suspect.
