Somethere in that thread at begining i say that Fab already choice name for. Back in the past he create some thread in which users give their ideas about names, so he already got ideas. And he will change a name for the 1.13 or so.
Related to name "owb" and its copyrigh : in general mui-owb are not more OWB, its WebKit engine + mui gui. From OWB there is less and less, and OWB itself are die already, while WebKit are progressing very well and very fast, and Fab sync all the stuff with it manually, without any old OWB coders.

We still need to do:
-- fix curl (fix file.c for making URI procol works fine , and fix dns-async-resolver, because with out phtreads its buggy and not works as should). -- add networks threading support (easy part, i think will do it today)
-- add mouse pointers
-- we found in last 2 days, that 68k version of Lamp.mcc are buggy. Thore trying to do some wororounds in the mui itself, but that not so help, so maybe he will write aos4-native replacement for Lamp class (maybe).
-- cookie-window buggy as i found for last 2 days. need to fix to make it works normally
-- add npapi support (almost done already) + small npapi script+sources + small doc for that.
After all of this will be done , release is coming.
Also yesterday we fix "scripts" handling (was a bit buggy as well), so you can put on any site you wish any kind of scripts. Like for example you go at the youtube.com, and then it execute some script. Last edited by kas1e on 22-Apr-2011 at 08:36 AM.

- What does that mean exactly ? I'm saying that because I'm testing a program that use heavily pthreads and often DSI came without real logical explanations.

Does the new browser (as I understand the "OWB" name is going to be trashed) will implement a window with the javascript engine console output?
As a web developer, such a window with javascript messages like warnings and errors is of *fundamental* use!

I have added messages console to OWB about two years ago. And there's also webinspector (something comparable to firebug). |

Yes but long time ago (last year) and he don't found something strange.
The program use a lot pthreads, for downloading things, and the betatested program itself work fine alone but not when another program download things (like a browser with internat page). With this case, the DSI came easily and more or less often.
In fact, I was in the hope that you could describe possible new problems on pthreads that give me a hope for a new version inside the next AOS update
