Looking at the over all scheme of things not just Hyperion projects. The last 8 Months have been very positive in NG Amiga hardware support.

Is there a way to use a splitter and connect more then one sATA (boot HDD- DVD RW) to it? Will it be faster then PCI Sil once UDMA is done?
Quote:
One more free PCI slot (hereby big thanks to Lyle for 7.1 driver) Will it remove any X1000 net card related boot delays?

True. What about OS 4.2? Any ETAs or further status reports? Gallium would make my Radeon as happy as AEon driver
And to anyone and everyone visiting AmiWest 013 - I wish you good time. Its too far to go to US, but I really do hope to see lots of updates in result Last edited by vox on 03-Oct-2013 at 04:32 PM.

What happens to water presser if you put a splitter on your water tap? I bet the same thing will happen to speed if you split it.
Will it remove any X1000 net card related boot delays? All you get is one more extra free PCI slot. I bet there wont have any effect on boot speed you get a new driver in devs: only the drivers that is configured in roadshow will be loaded.
I be suppressed if there will be big anointments this year, there has been some sickness in development team, I hope thing will be different after new year. _________________ http://lifeofliveforit.blogspot.no/ Facebook::LiveForIt Software for AmigaOS |

It doesn't matter really since the news items are just to bring it to people's attention so they can update their system anyway. |

It is also hard to update OS4 article on Wikipedia.
@ssolie
Is it possible to have list of all updates since Update6 by date of that respective update? Table on AmiUpdate page shows only date of components, not date when available. That table is also non-sortable. |

| Well, an important step for developpers, but for common users like me is a delusion discovering that this is what the team was working around for Amiwest, I was dreaming on something like a 4.2 preview. This means we are still far away.

The AmiUpdate SDK server only installs/updates 3rd party SDK components, which means that it can't and won't give you access to any new OS features that have been added. Only an official SDK update can do that.Last edited by salass00 on 12-Oct-2013 at 09:56 AM.

number6 already posted the exact same link in this thread:
BTW as I'm on the AmigaOS development team I already have had access to the latest development files for quite some time . Last edited by salass00 on 12-Oct-2013 at 10:54 AM.
