Yes for sure are jit , because the performance are too hight for be interpretative or dynamic .
If was better supported and not abandoned :(
a Direct 3d and more ram was really need more than the multi processing.
With SSandra i discovered the Emulated Motherboard can support 3gb of ram but the emulator preference are stopped on 512

If you need see performance in virtualizing i can do the benchmark on my I7 macbookpro with win7 virtualized from Parallels workstation :P

virtualizer with virtialpc?

Edit: Off course... you using PPC, and you must emulate X86, right..

nah.. dont bother test, i did't use high end config in virtual box, tried to match your
setup. i assumed you did "x86 osx - virtualpc" something must have blocked my head
or something, becourse i did see you were using ppc..


but then again, it would be fun to se witch system is best for Virtulization

about your #105 post , heeh , now understand why KimmoK say the performance was great :)

CherryOs and PearPc or you need to use Qemu but there is really hard configure for macosx :P

CherryOs works is based on PearPc

PS: for compare you have to take a 2005 old pc and there run CherryOS but on your actual will be good too :P ;)

all mac os9 and old 68k, only application who need glide don't work.
for this application "glide" i need to use classic on tiger because there there is a wrapper for glide applications who using directly glide on macos9 wrapped in the 3d video system of MacOsX

Ps: you can see the Shapeshaver running software on my video where is the Xp with amiga os ... on shape shaver was running Quake 2 in software rendering 1280x1024 and windows 95 on soft windows 95 .

I made the up resolution time demo but become crezy was really faster but the result goes in minus :)

i know, but after 6 pages continuing to see PPC that emulate X86 that emulate 68k becomes boring.
Maybe to see G5 that emulate other computers or consoles could be more interesting, but not only G5 of corse.
It should be interesting what and how much amigaOS users are able to emualte...
