I don't understand where you aim at... I was just pointing on how someone who just registered to comment on the subject matter is calling someone else of being biased. Btw I only write from a paradise called Portugal on Amiga.org _________________ Indigo 3D Lounge, my second home. The Illusion of Choice | Am*ga |

Not sure about buying from there, something not quite right with the servings per bag for popcorn boxes/ cartons.

Your quote from another thread: Quote:
their attorney has now petitioned the court to be removed from the case. |
50 pages just to say this...
Quote:
There are no more deadlines in this case, and final judgment has been entered. |
The vast majority of this filing is about listing and proving the multiple contact addresses of Hyperion, be they physical or digital.
There is also a deadline for response of June 23, 2023:
Quote:
Defendant Hyperion has been advised that, as a business entity, it is required by law to be represented by an attorney admitted to practice before this court and that failure to obtain a replacement attorney by the date the withdrawal is effective may result in the dismissal of the business entity’s claims for failure to prosecute and/or entry of default against the business entity as to any claims of other parties. |

Given that Judge Martinez denied Hyperion's request for legal expenses, there is -some- truth to what you say.
Also, having to detail all the possible contact addresses for Hyperion might indicate that Bamert is having to play a bit of "where's Waldo" with Hyperion?

| Lawyers fleeing the sinking Herman's ship.
So sad all the money that people paid for OS 3.1.4 and 3.2+ went to funding Herman's legal attack on the rightful owner he stole from.
Finally some justice being delivered. Now we can only hope he goes bankrupt.
Something very wrong about using the law to line your own pockets from your own wrongdoings. I reckon the judge has finally had enough of him. |

It was Cloanto's choice to buy into a contract they allege that Hyperion had already breached. |

So are Hyperion officially bankrupt now? If not who cares! Roll on OS3.3! _________________ "Art challenges technology. Technology inspires the art." John Lasseter, Co-Founder of Pixar Animation Studios |

| Or even if Hyperion does go bankrupt. What changes?
We all know that everything Hyperion is just Ben anyways. So if Hyperion would go bankrupt, just like last time, Ben would suddenly have a massive amount of "services rendered" claims against Hyperion and become, once again, major debtor. So Hyperion falls and all rights and IP is transferred to Ben, just like last time, because he is the single largest debtor.
What changes? AOS4 and all contracts and licenses are now owned directly by Ben instead of via a shell-company? Until he can create a new shell-company, Hyperion2, and transfer these assets to.
None of this shit matters and nothing will change. Last edited by V8 on 09-Jun-2023 at 07:03 AM. Last edited by V8 on 08-Jun-2023 at 09:50 AM.

| Too many things have been tried. The only thing the Amiga needs is an investor with a lot of money. That's all.

You’re essentially saying that AmigaOS is ransomware, and that the problem is that Cloanto doesn’t have enough money to convince Hermans to give it up? _________________ B5D6A1D019D5D45BCC56F4782AC220D8B3E2A6CC |

No I'm just saying that these companies have not enough money for to relaunch seriously the Amiga.
For to relaunch it, the Amiga needs :
- A new and unique machine with standard chips to facilitate conversions of games/softwares AND specific chips for all developpers who wants to take advantage of the new Amiga capabilities. This machine have to be unique not only in his hardware but also in his concept (I have an idea about that)
- An AmigaOS at the same level of others OS with a serious browser and an Office suite.
- Few Games licenses ONLY on Amiga. Nintendo is the best example.
- A big Marketing campaign with mass production.
Sorry for my english Last edited by 21stcentury on 10-Jun-2023 at 10:24 AM.
