Great news.
However, I wish to point out to the writers of "The Book of Mozilla," that "the beast" is naught but another title for the devil, a.k.a., mammon. Poor choice of title for your own work.

Well, as pointed out a zillion times already, MUI or any such UI toolkit is not required. Timberwolf runs on plain Intuition._________________ Seriously, if you want to contact me do not bother sending me a PM here. Write me a mail |

"The beast" in the Book of Mozilla actually refers to Netscape ("and so at last the beast fell" is a reference to Netscape's closure). Mammon is Microsoft of course._________________ Seriously, if you want to contact me do not bother sending me a PM here. Write me a mail |

I use a shell launched on a serial line. This allows me to capture all debug output, i.e. the ones coming to stdout, stderr, and the serial debug output, in correct order. Pretty handy when debugging._________________ Thomas, the kernel guy

I've clarified his post so there is no confusion on the part of any other users.
I'm also asking if this was in jest or not.

I see. I had mammon figured out. Regardless, that would make Netscape the devil too (just like Microsoft), and Mozilla the devil reborn. Not the best of imagery...
Uh, back on topic. Good progress. Can it download files yet? Or have you guys focused completely on the GUI side?

Hahaha, someone did a (imho cheesy but funny) mockup and both devs spring up to make sure their shot was teh rael deal. Why oh why? Be proud and and deliver and laugh away at the naysayers instead. I mean, you've done it before, right?

I believe that Seya's faked Aros screen is confusing people, maybe it would be better to erase the entire post... |
I appreciate that you are trying to make a good suggestion. At the moment I think that my edit on the post is rather clear. If you want to suggest other measures in such cases please feel to PM a staff member. Fielding suggestions for moderation in the public forum is just not a good idea in general. I don't want to go overboard if this was a simple joke coming off improperly._________________ Pegasos2 G3 running AOS 4.1 and MorphOS 2.0 Amikit user, tinkering with Icaros VM (AROS) EFIKA owner Amiga 1200 |
