The court order is in response to Hyperion's motion to consolidate (enjoin) the 2 lawsuits.
Without having the document, "reassign" would seem to mean that Hyperion's motion was granted.

On the other case there was a corresponding order.

I cannot tell which is the surviving case.

Cloanto did not object to consolidate the two legal suits, it objected only that Hyperion v. Itec should have consolidated into Cloanto v. Hyperion. (?)
