@hlt

I just tested it, must be a bug that creeped into the Preview. It does not crash when Preview pane is not open. I will look at it after work.

A picture is worth a thousand words. After seeing what you did I realise a video is a lot easier than sitting down and typing in every step you did to prompt the bug. You've found the new way of bug reporting.

@mritter0

Great, hope it can be solved as your app is great :)

@Hypex

Haha, it was easy to do :)). However before that I spent a lot of time by looking for issues from my side. Clean installation of AOS 4.1, disabling various things from OS side. Nothing helped.

It seems I need to find stable applications to avoid often crashes of X5000 to enjoy it fully. Hope mritter0 can fix that.

I found and fixed the bug. It was not easy to find. I still am unsure as to why it fails, but working now. Thanks for the report.

V2.3 will be released very soon. Stay tuned........

Out of curiosity - was the problem something WEx did, or was it related to the clicktab.gadget?

@Trixie

I want to blame the clicktab.gadget, but not 100% sure, 95% sure. I can have the Preview pane open and sit and click on Computer and see the stats all day. But when I open a new tab it would crash when it got the network stats. If the default location for the new tab is not Computer, then so crash.

But, if Preview pane is not open, I can open all the tabs I want. So......what is the underlying cause? Maybe the bsdsocket.library clashing with clicktab.gadget?

V2.3 has been uploaded. Use "Check Latest Version" from the menu or AmiUpdate. OS4Depot and Aminet once it becomes available.
