@number6

Did he announce Tabor date? Only thing I'm interested in at this point.

@Everblue
Something tells me we would already know about it if he announced the release date.

@BSzili

seems they still dont have drivers for on board sound. even after the redesign. i wonder again and again, for whom they are actually bothering to design and build these boards if the basic features dont even get supported.

@Everblue

99% sure not in time for x mas 2019.

My personal estimate for the release date of Tabor is hoped to be spring 2020, for around $450.

But that time frame could slip, yes I AM GUESSING.

@wawa

We can only guess what is going on.

Can you imagine if they did this :

Discuss with a graphics card company to give them access to specific region of GFX card memory + unique accelerated effects.

Contract a group of experts from https://www.peopleperhour.com

Contract a digital Image processing specialist to hardware accelerate Image processing.

Contract a specialist in OpenCL to make sure it can be optimized.

Contract an OpenMP ( Parallel Processing library ) specialist so that each function is running in parallel and one can run multiple "chipsets" in the GPU at the same time.

Hardware accelerated features on for example a memory matrix to handle 8K screens.

They licence & hire the Apollo team to construct PowerPC ASM that is similar to 68k to simulate AGA++ on the GPU itself.

The AmigaOne NG chipset could grow into a huge BEAST if done right.

Then get them all working on each part of AmigaOS.

Dream mode off :D
