Not only is it CoffinOS 'assuming' (or not caring) whether you own a legal copy of AmigaOS 3.9, but there are sellers on eBay willfully selling copyright Amiga material OS, music applications and games included on SD cards!
1) How is this allowed?
2) Is it the court case causing Cloanto / Hyperion / game publishers to turn a blind eye to this?
3) Why doesn't eBay take the listings down?

See what you think?

@Thread

The seller says that you should own Workbench 3.0 or 3.1 to use it but what about all the games and applications? Dubious to say the least!

@BigD

Technically yes it is piracy. Reality is a lot of Amiga game makers ceased to exist decades ago. I do not think people who worked there spend time today scanning sites like EBAY looking for pirated copies. Would they even care if they found such copies today 20+ years later? Maybe not so much. Abandonware is not real but it is real.

Meh, 16GB of games/demos sounds like a very poor collection to me. I can do better and under better prices, PM if interested! :P
