I prefer to have software on CD/DVD. The more virtualized the world is becoming, the more I like surrounding myself with physical things, to keep a tangible memory of days. That being said, I also frequently buy downloadables from webstores, and support Amiga developers via PayPal donations.

| Physical is still my prefer option, virtual / webstore is easy but I do feel like it missing something, I dont have the full sense of ownership having just virtually, I think where into the last decade of physical media, dont get me wrong i dont think it will ever completely go away, but being main stream its in i final stage, with both console launching digital versions, I could see them drop the drive bay version if sales arnt amazing and digital sales make them more money. _________________ AmigaNG, YouTube, LeaveReality Studio |

I prefer to purchase software on CD/DVD. Second choice Webstore or Amistore.

I prefer physical copies when possible, but also am a big fan of AmiStore. I'd like it even more if the payment process was smoother, i.e., not involving a web browser, but it's still a great option.

Webstore for certain, even if it's just to download an ISO image to burn to CD. I don't like to add shipping time to my orders from Europe and getting Hollywood updates through network connections are the most sensible way to install to all my diverse computers.
Also voted Patreon though there are better subscription services for developers. Only for OS and hardware skunk-work experiments though. |
