For the price, it's either a fast 68030 accelerator or a wannabe 68040 @ 25 Mhz accelerator (Preconfigured PiStorm with Raspberry Pi 3 Model 3A+ e.g. https://amigastore.eu/853-pistorm.html#/).

TF1260's price without 68060/68LC060 CPU is closer to a fast 68030 accelerator's price.

We are going about 2 separate paths here.
To me classic is done best as emulation.
I want a native [ARM] Amiga/AROSx64-MP on Raspberry Pi4 platform with a nice case. That to me should be the new standard Amiga.

@michalsc

PiStorm has some slow downs with Turrcian's busy sections.

Atm, the $$$ for the Amiga platform is with the retro market.

@Thread

PiStorm32 is a IceDrake killer IMHO

@BigD,
I don't think so BigD. Icedrake & Firebird are faster than an 060/50 and have damn fast IDE controller, I don't think a Pi can come even close to this.

PiStorm32 scored 81 MIPS and 35 MFLOPS Sysinfo benchmarks.

Not quite a Vampire V4/IceDrake killer.

Not yet, but it could be when it's matured enough.

@Hammer

81 MIPS is good enough for most people. The Raptor board would have been competitive with better specs but the IceDrake is too expensive to compete once this is out.

Also, pi boards can be replaced, emulators can be replaced, and neither require social engineering or special friends. Unlike the new non-vampire cards.

640k of memory ought to be enough for anybody too.
