That sound like lack of USB driver. some USB devices are generic and can use a generic driver, some USB controllers use a vender septic USB protocol / driver. can also be power problem, try a powered hub.
There is a log that put in T: I think, maybe there is some info in that log.
EUAE comes with docs, read about joy0 and joy1. you don't need any tools or hacks for WHDLOAD to use joysticks. but config for whdload-to-euae, is perhaps configured to use keyboard.
keep in mind.
Port1 on Amiga is mouse port. Port2 on Amiga is the joystick port (Joystick 1)

I know all you say.
But for I want AmigaSYS4 to run Amiga games (specially AGA,ECS&WHDLOAD) and as I have edited the E-UAE Amiga emulator .uaerc file it doesn't boot AmigaSYS4 and Work even well configured on .uaerc and I want to play games like Xtreme Racing,Lotus or Shadow Of The Beast on the Amiga emulator and emulators such AmiMSX or ASP among more like Fusion and browse the Internet for my Amiga feelings and need/joyment and is to replace or replicate my Amiga 1200 Tower that is on AmigaKit since 8-9 years now.And I want to burn CD32 games too specially with MakeCD.
Help me in order to run the Amiga Emulator,is very important to me.
I am sure I will run soon
