@FuZion

There may be a wireless PCI card that works in the AmigaOne. However, what will work is the use of a Wireless Ethernet Bridge. It'll take the standard RJ-45 cable into the Bridge and the Bridge does the wireless communication part with your router.

As for your PS2 -- same thing. Here's a diagram.

I believe there are bridges that allow mulitple ethernet connections.

Personally I really liek the idea of a Tablet PC hooked upto the Amiga or Mac or Linux box or whatever else I wanna use with VNC. Stuff like remote temrinal services is a lot better performance wise than VNC, but VNC is much more universal, and there's a lot to be said for standardization. Besides, get a small tablet PC and visualize the old Gateway concept sketches.

Amiga's previous incarnation's capability for nearly instant power0ons was one thing that really made it a lot more like a VCR or Amplifier than most PCs, because you just turned it on when ya needed it and flipped it off afterwards, no waiting around.

PS: I could run firefox too using VNC like that.

@FuZion

3) If you have TV out you could try one of these when they become available: Sony Location free TV

4) Speakers are plenty : Hiddenwires Speakers

As for mains supply, well you have to wait a while for the technology to become usable in homes : Wireless power transmission

Or you could adapt this existing technology: MobileWise

@Steff

Oh yes, entirely cable less if I can.

@JeffMix

5) Yes, wireless networking too. I almost forgot that. Can I do it with the A1?

6) Upto 4 wireless joypads too.

7) Slightly OT: A wireless network to my PS2 to I can beat the world at Burnout 3. Does anyone know how I can network both my A1 & PS2 at the same time? With wires will be fine for now.

FuZion.

Wireless networking is possible with an adapter, but you'll need compatible hardware and software settings on your devices to connect them together via a wireless network. For multiple joypads, ensure each has its own receiver or consider using multi-port adapters if supported by the PS2 model in question.
