| Same error here. I lost a lot of time figuring out what libraries and MUI extensions were needed, but now it starts. When I try to connect to a server it opens the debug window with "Error 36" and such. That doesn't seem to be a problem for Bourriquet, because it reports "Connecté" on the main window... but if I try to do a "Search" it simply generates a time-out.
Do the "Preferences" button on the toolbar work for you? _________________ [url=http://www.abundantsoft.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=38&pagenumber=1&sortfield=la

| The same error here. It cannot connect, the prefs button is not working, at if I try to connect again, it crashes. I think we have to wait a more developed version.. 0.3 or something
0.2 seems unuseable for me. |

| @Montag: Most Used != Best
or windows is the cheapest, fastest, lightest OS?
BTW... This is not an eMule port, it was coded from scratch by SixK. I was going to continue with Bourriquet's Reaction GUI but I don't have much time... _________________ The only spanish amiga news web page/club: CUAZ

"it's about one version DEV (0.2.1), not multitasking, little buggy, and a lot of buttons don't works for the moment. Just connection and research(... just name or keywords) works correctly..." |

| @Crumb: You are right, in fact mldonkey is the best
Sorry to hear that Bourriquet won't have a Reaction GUI... I hope you'll resume this project when you'll have time. _________________ [url=http://www.abundantsoft.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=38&pagenumber=1&sortfield=la

So, as i understand, it's only possible to interrogate the network, but not exchange files, right? _________________ [url=http://www.abundantsoft.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=38&pagenumber=1&sortfield=la

| umm, those screenshots are very 'clean' if you ask me.... do a search for 'Amiga' with emule or overnet and you usually get gigabytes of ROM and ADF RAR archives.
as for the 'sex' thongs - those are typical of the server names on emule... purile humour? maybe, but thats the nature of the beast.
lets face it, P2P programs are used 99.5% of the time for illegal purposes. cracked programs, DVD rips, MP3s , porn...and i'm not going lower than that... |

yes, probably it supports a lot of networks, doesn't it? Gift also sounds quite interesting...
About the Reaction GUI... I'm still learning Reaction, so don't hold your breath... _________________ The only spanish amiga news web page/club: CUAZ

| Yes, mldonkey supports many network, but I'm using it only for ed2k and, occasionally, bittorrent.
You'll have all the time to learn Reaction and do a new GUI before Bourriquet will become fully operational _________________ [url=http://www.abundantsoft.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=38&pagenumber=1&sortfield=la

| On amiga.sf.net there's even a Direct Connect client (CLI version), but we still have to wait amigiFT for edonkey... _________________ [url=http://www.abundantsoft.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=38&pagenumber=1&sortfield=la
