Thanks for the tips! I will definitely visit that site and make the suggested postings within the next 24 hours.
BTW, I plan to have an OS 4.x machine sometime this year, and last night I successfully achieved a MorphOS/OS X dual boot on my Mac Mini, thanks to the excellent online instructions by Jacek Piszczek. My, it is really a quick OS! And no, I was not surprised by that. I will get the MorphOS version of PrBoom on there in the next few days. _________________ A4000/040 18MB AmiKit Mac Mini G4 1.5Ghz, OS X 10.4.11 and MorphOS 2.4

No problems feel free to go to the site and add your comment or suggest whatever you want. if a wad builder exist and are maybe easy to port (without hard work), maybe HunoPPC will take your suggestion interesting.
Don't forget to have a good example, allways supported and easy to port, for maximal chances for you
Of course, he will decide or not to use his free time for that (or other suggestions). He work on other projects for course (as you will see on his site).. _________________ BTW, what you have done for the amiga today ????

Hmmm, really? Wow, what terrible/strange controls they used 1993 ! Don't remember it being that way in any other Doom port on the Amiga. But since it is "authentic" I can't complain _________________ Author of the PortablE programming language. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue...

| I have could see that there is a little bug in my Sam with your game, a little problem the refresh with the menus and the skull they overlap but to 2-3 seconds the menus and skulls appear correctly. The game I can't test more because I don't have much time, but again thank you for this porting. |

| @austgarden Does other OpenGL (3D) stuff work? You might want to check if your monitor tooltypes say INTERRUPTS= when they should say INTERRUPT= (not sure what effect this has but it causes problems). _________________ Author of the PortablE programming language. It took me more than 24 hours to post at Huno's site, because, as usual, "Something came up." But I finally did it and supplied links to the DoomBuilder source page and also to my levels at Aminet, which I will also add here;
Disraeli for Doom 2; http://aminet.net/package/game/data/Disraeli
Elfstomp for Ultimate Doom; http://aminet.net/package/game/data/Elfstomp
Realm of Chaos for Doom 2; http://aminet.net/package/game/data/RealmOfChaos
Pay attention to the Aminet ReadMe "Special Notes & Tips" for Realm of Chaos, a 32-level megawad. For anyone interested, these levels will give you an idea of my design style.
I also verified that Hellmaker source is not available and no one can contact the author, Paul Davidson. However, it's possible to download a version hacked to provide Boom and Legacy features here; http://www.skulltag.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=17373 Just scroll down the page for Hellmaker Enhanced 3. This is a nice, nice editor for anyone with Mac emulation of OS 7.5.x, 8.x or 9.x, or a real Mac capable of running those operating systems. I'm using Classic Environment on a Mac Mini with Tiger.
But what I really, really, really want is an editor for Breathless . . . _________________ A4000/040 18MB AmiKit Mac Mini G4 1.5Ghz, OS X 10.4.11 and MorphOS 2.4

| Hello,
Yes, I have seen your request on his site. Of course, HunoPPC have lots of projects and ideas and so limited free time but maybe he will one day make your request... _________________ BTW, what you have done for the amiga today ????

I appreciate HunoPPC's position. I think he is wise to concentrate on porting games. There is a question of how many Amigans would actually use DoomBuilder. Many will want to play Doom, but making levels is difficult and time-consuming. So if only 2 or 3 Amigans would want to do this, it is not worth HunoPPC's time. When ADoom and DoomAttack first came out, I think maybe there was also a port of DEU. In fact, it did exist, and is still available here;
http://aminet.net/package/game/shoot/deu
It's noted that it doesn't work with Doom 2, alas. It has 95 downloads, which is a good number, so I wonder how many Amigans made levels? I'm going to try it out on MorphOS in time.
I did not see any Doom levels on Aminet except mine. I'm guessing that nobody made any with the Amiga version of DEU. If I was HunoPPC looking at that, I would pass on porting DoomBuilder.
Meanwhile, I am working hard on Level 4 of my new episode. I'm also planning to create a Doom webpage in the coming months. _________________ A4000/040 18MB AmiKit Mac Mini G4 1.5Ghz, OS X 10.4.11 and MorphOS 2.4
