@sicky,

well I don't think that's impossible. TA is:

1. A great mag. Got my first issue today and couldn't put it down before I read the whole thing.
2. A CHEAP mag. Even including shipping to Sweden a full year subscription was a bargin.
3. The ONLY(?) printed (in English) mag avalible?

We need TA to keep coming, and even to grow in the future. Personally I think a printed magazine is so much diffrent compared to news on the Internet. Sure you could bring a laptop where ever you go, but it's so much more comfortable reading on paper.

Can't beleve it took me so long to subscribe. I wonder how many is in the same position I was?

It's amazing how its only a quartely mag, but it doesnt feel like much of a wait in between issues.

Yeah, time flies, and we ain't gettin' no younger.. :-/

The interviews are my favourite part btw. :)

I'd personally and publically like to thank both Magnus Johnson and Mick Sutton for reading my Digital article and correcting me on some VERY stupid mistakes that I had made. My excuse was that I was trying to describe something in two different ways and confusing myself in the process!!!

No sweat...as I mentioned then, I get confused myself sometimes when I think about the stuff from two angles at once..

We are aiming to have an interview in every issue if we can....

Great idea!

I wonder if there's a catch...there's always a catch...

As long as it's not paintbrushes, and you're singing zip-a-de-doo-dah, I'd say you're okay..

@sicky,

yeah, I had me 64MB MS plugged into me multiway reader - its a combo with a traditional ribbon cabled floppy in the same package. The media reader has its own internal USB connection on the internal port towards the PCI slot - the four way port.

I also had my Sony Clie on the lower external port too.

nowt, nicht, nada, zip, zilch, smeg all. I was hoping it might help sort out my USB problems - all was well until I installed update 3 - USB Mass storage was working, but now it isnt !!

Yeah, I knew you were beta testers - I remember you trying to get JC's A1 going again, after some little "ess aitch one tee" had wiped out half his kickstart at the NEC !! (and trying to get quake going on yours!!)

top mag, well worth the curtailed wait !!

Yes, a paper rag is my first choice also.

Hundreds probably. I wanted to subscribe, but kept putting it off. Then when I noticed that one of the issues I wanted was sold out I quickly reached for my credit card and made the order. I ordered all of the back issues available. This new issue will be my first since I received that big box of back issues. I have no idea this new issue has arrived yet because I have been on Holidays [painting a garage 165 miles away] for the last 2.5 weeks. I leave for home on Saturday morning. I'll bet it is already there waiting for me.
