| Here is a screenshot showing my problem:
This corruption only seems to occur to the drawer windows. Re setting the resolution/depth also seems to solve this problem until next reboot. |

What file is this fix in & does it affect the A1 if its in a kickstart file?
Never mind, just found out there is a separate SAM archive...Last edited by sundown on 21-Jun-2009 at 10:13 PM.

We had this with the Sam flex before the update but with blue bars.
The two workarounds before the update were either to use the OS4.0 theme or to change the WBpattern preferences for Windows.

| @Tomas I fixed that problem on my SAM Flex by switching to a small old IFF image with TILE mode. Try another background image for your windows and try TILE mode (for small images - 16x16 - 24x24 etc.) if nothing else helps. _________________ X1000 with 2GB memory & OS4.1FE

| SAM Flex graphics corruption with 1 GB appears to be fixed. Mouse pointer still eats memory and AmiPDF still freezes system with certain PDF files. I will need to do some more testing to see how stable the system is. Overall this seems like an improvement for SAM Flex. _________________ X1000 with 2GB memory & OS4.1FE

That is strange, never had that problem using hardware rendering with warp3d. What screenmode do you use.
@Spectre
I remember reading that thread now. I hadn't used overscan before so hadn't come across that problem. _________________ If your nose runs and your feet smell, you're upside down.

That issue showed up during beta test but only for a minority of testers. We didn't want it to hold up the release since so many other useful fixes are in there. Any help with nailing down what triggers that graphical glitch problem would be greatly appreciated. _________________ ExecSG Team Lead

I don't think warpview freezes the machine,but i think all your mem is used. Got the same result when composition was on,turned off it worked fine. Mouse was moving 2 times in 30secs or so. Now warpview works with 3d _________________ I'm an antique. Don't light my fuse

| @Antique I now have it working, but I had to change from using the OS4.0 theme to the default OS4.1 theme to fix it. _________________ Sam440ep 667mhz, 512MB, 120GB 2.5" HD, OS4.1FE WinUae 3.0.0, OS 3.9, BB3, Catweasel MkIV Amiga 1200, Blizzard 040/40 (BlizzardPPC 060/200 with SCSI removed at present), mediatorSX pci, Voodoo3, PCI network card os 3.9BB2 4MB Minimig with ARM addon boar

| Backup done, downloaded and installed "Quickfix" package for AmigaOne. Functioning just fine as far as I can tell.
Thanks to Hyperion and all who worked on this update.
