| Looks good. Now when installation guide is available, it looks like you guys might get OS4 quite soon Anyway it's good to have well done installation guide, even if you have used AmigaOS much.
I have job interview in next tuesday. If everything goes well and if I get that summerjob, then I can start planning to buy AmigaOne too |

| Those are example dates. It actually says either uboot 1.0 or 0.1, that's all you have to look at I believe. _________________ Amiga owner since 1986. A1000 with the orginal soldered piggybacked 512 memory expansion and

A warning there about moving Linux to the SCSI. I have attempted to do so, and it DOES work for a while, but linux still has it's DMA issues which are not exclusive to the IDE driver. After a while, your SCSI linux install will go corrupt, just like mine did. Fortunately, I still had my IDE install to fall back on. In my case, I'm getting another IDE HD to put OS4 onto. Unfortunately, my DVD drive is also SCSI, so I need to pick up a IDE DVD drive too for use under OS4 (but it's a small price to pay to run OS4, for me anyways).
Just thought you should know. |
