I just converted some Crystal PNG Icons to standard 256color GlowIcons. While using PowerIcons just for "not using Pens" the look ist nearly the same than PNG Icons except that the Alphachannel is missing...
Nice work, would imagine they probably look better in one respect - the glow and the transparent dragging which wouldn't get with the PNG originals. What tool did you use to convert them? IconEdit?

I used Irfanview to convert all PNGs to 256color GIFS. Then I converted them to IFFs with GFXCon (it cannot handle PNGs, AFAIK). After that I load them into IconEdit to make them Glow... Lots of work...
