| Just a quick note; you may want to inverse the black and white images of the UBoot menus as it may save on ink for us with ink jets.
Just a thought.

Good idea, I am now uploading a second version (identical except the Uboot images are now black text on white), should be up in about 5 minutes (about 9.05pm GMT)

Looks like we had the same idea! 46 pages on an old inkjet? No thanks!
Only problem was that none of the printers I had access to would print Postscript, no matter which version I used. Had to spool every page as an image, so even on the high-capacity Xerox, it took over thirty minutes to print the thing!
