Cool. Cant wait to get it.

I ordered my copy last week, I thought it was out already! oops! The order email said it would be sent out as soon as it was printed, but I thought that was an incorrect mail.. ahh well.

I have just one complaint about Total Amiga Magazine.

I can't get enough! No sooner has it dropped through the letterbox, I've read most of it in the same day. Then I think, that was pretty good - some useful information in there. Now, when do I get my next copy??? Oh bugger.

Great magazine, keep up the good work and Merry Christmas to the Total Amiga Magazine team.

I know how you feel, we are hoping to go to a bi-monthly format but if depends on how much input we get from other people.

Apart from Rob, Sam, DaveP and myself we do not have a large collection of regular contributors and that's the main reason we are stuck at the quarterly format for now! If we had a larger number of REGULAR contributors then going bi-monthly would be quite easy.

So any budding journalists out there.....

Merry Christmas to the Total Amiga Magazine team

And a Merry Chtistmas to all of you from the Total Amiga team

There's been some good discussion on the ImageFX mailing list about the lack of good, printed manuals for the best Amiga software (ImageFX, PageStream, Hollywood...).

The wonderful know-it-alls at Total Amiga should scrap the magazine and focus on WRITING MANUALS FOR OUR SOFTWARE! Yup, you read that right. You guys are experts on this stuff. Think of the two programs you use most to publish Total Amiga, PageStream and ImageFX(?). You guys know these program inside and out and could easily write a concise, informative manual about each one.

This is by no means a criticism of the magazine, of which I'm a (expensive "rest of the world") subscriber. I love it for the tutorials, mostly, because the news is already a bit outdated by the time it hits my doorstep. I like the reviews, but usually read them AFTER I've purchased software (since there isn't much choice in the Amiga world).

Just an idea.

Many developers do have manuals already written. They usually only have them in electronic form on a CD nowadays. If someone wants a printed manual they can always use a Manual printing service

That's ironic, you probably got it before some people in the UK! Enjoy reading it
