This is an AmigaOS4.0 port from a Linux/OS X port of the game 'Orbital Sniper',
please read the readme.txt for information on that.


Orbital Eunuchs Sniper is an overhead shooting game. You (the Eunuch on the orbital laser platform) are tasked with protecting the VIPs (blue) from the terrorists (red)!
You view a city from overhead, from the point of a view of an orbiting satellite. Your laser takes some time to recharge.

Control the targeting crosshairs with the mouse. Fire the weapon with Left Mouse Button. Zoom with the mousewheel, or hold down Right Mouse Button while moving the mouse up/down.

What does "Endian problems" mean?

I have a complete system hang, when trying to move the game window around!

Raziel: window mode works fine here...played for like 20 mins ...

in Fullscreen there is endian problems here, this means orrupted gfx and wrong colors mostly...

need to tell m3x about this so he can fix , it's quite a nice game it seems

Window hangs the system when there isn't enough stack. Try following, without
upping the stack start the game with a doubleclick from WB, for me it hangs
when i click on the window bar to drag it around.

I fixed it! Upped the stack to 50 000 and run from a shell, then the window
let itself drag and no hang.

Sorry, can't see any corrupted gfx in fullscreen , colors are fine, if it's
meant to be like this:
1. Mostly grey/light brown buildings
2. Dark Grey(Black) citizens (Red and blue are clear!)
3. Yellow, red and black crosshairs

EDIT: Man, that game is too fast for me, don't even get a single one of these
B***ards!

But there is a new port of XBill on OS4Depot and finally i can play it without
crashing my system

Try switching to window mode and then to full screen mode again
PS: it's a simple single level game, don't expect too much from it

Here it works correctly at full screen. But the 2nd time i run the game i see a color distortion. wrong colors.
Nice one m3x, this game makes me laugh, it is so stupid

Update

I got wrong color if i start the game at full screen. Instead if i start the game in window mode and then choose full screen all is ok.
Is it possible to have the zoom with Mwhellup and Mwhelldown instead of Mouse3+movements?

This game is really funny! I killed by error a lot of civilians

Yes, it seems to be a SDL issue...

It works that way on the Linux port, but seems that our SDL port doesn't support it.

DOH!

Just sent. It's too late already!

BTW: ToAks, those SDL bugs, may these also trigger some gfx corruption BEHIND
a window? I pull out the old example of AWeb, let it run, then open on the
same screen (preferrable WB) one of those games (preferrable XBill! ).

Do nothing in AWeb, but in XBill, e.g. go to ABOUT and then close it again,
trashes the screen behind XBill window on my config.


EDIT: Forget it, i'm such a dumb, had "Force Smart refresh" on.
