Ah, now I understand what Adept IDE is. It's based on Eclipse. Eclipse is quite good opensource IDE.

This is actually quite good news for the AmigaDE. Adept IDE plugin for the Eclipse is freely downloadadle from Omnisciences web site. I think I'll downlöoad that :)

hmm i aint following much , AmigaDE had so many good things to come back when it was new... and it seemed all the stuff just went away... (Tech TV even interviewed AmigaInc...) , ah well i only care about Amiga OS really but still if DE makes the turn this time then i might be interested again...sometime in the future.

Looking good and great to see the Eclipse IDE making its way to DE. Damn I wish we could have it for OS 4 as well.

@ MetalJoe

Judging from the winod decorations and gadgets, it's actually running on Windows, not DE.

Indeed. I use it together with the cross compiler to work on the kernel stuff...

I just noticed the author of the new Omniscience website:

meta content="Andy Hall" name="author"

I presume that would be the same as "Uncharted"? Great job man.
