Software News   Software News : Global Gladiators game for OS4
posted by NutsAboutAmiga on 23-Mar-2005 21:22:58 (3780 reads)
Thanks to Andreas Falkenhahn, Hollywood is now available for AmigaOS4 so I compiled my Global Gladiators game for OS4 too. I do not have OS4 here but my tester says it runs like a dream! I'm still on MorphOS here but I do not see a reason why I shouldn't support the fellow OS4 community! Here you go! Enjoy this cool game now on your AmigaOS4.0 PPC setup!

Here's the link: www.angelfire.com. Only Hollywood makes it possible!

What is with that terrible pop up screen that just will not go away? The one which wants you to shoot a photographer to win something. I had to kill my browser and start over again.

Nice work, can't download it ATM as I'm behind a proxy. What would be much cooler would be a recompile of the Badger demo

Thats such an excellent attitude to have, well done.
And another reason I'm ordering Hollywood.

At first I didn’t understand what Hollywood had to do with the game. But den I understood it was made and compiled with Hollywood. And I thought that Hollywood was just a program like MSPowerPoint. O´boy, what wrong that was! And it only costs 59 Euro.

Hollywood is a bargain!!!

2. Designer (Frontend ala scala to ease the use)
3. Malibu (Scala plug)
4. Os4 update (released not long ago, os4 enabled)

but yes still its still a good deal.

@ikir: Make sure you also have render.library for OS4 installed because guigfx.library does not work without render.library and Hollywood does not work without guigfx.library....

OS4 version still doesn't work here, even with those versions of guigfx and render libraries.

68k version works fine, however.
