A PDF of Total Amiga issue 16, which sold out a month or two ago, is now available for free download from the Total Amiga web site.

This issue includes reviews of the ALGOR USB card, Hollywood 1.5, Perfect Paint and AmiAtlas 6. There is also the first part of our on-going C tutorial and a tutorial on enhancing digital images.

If you don't own this issue or would like to get a feel for a recent issue of Total Amiga, why not download a copy!

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

This was a good issue for me! My ALGOR review appeared, someone reviewed my SuperTV program, and my Tiny Invaders game was featured in the PD section

I didn't realise you had such a large influence over that issue of Total Amiga

Me thinks it's time for some more goodies from yourself to be in Total Amiga

Hm - Autumn 2003, and Fleecy proves how clued up he really is...

Quote:
... the last three years of being the CTO at Amiga has taught me that nothing is ever certain, which has led to our announcement policy that we will not officially announce a launch date for AmigaOS4.0 until we have the gold master in our hands.

... followed closely by...

... the portents indeed look good for the launch of at least the CSPPC version of AmigaOS4.0 between this issue and the next issue of Total Amiga, with the long awaited AmigaOne version itself following not too far behind. Can I share these portents with you? Absolutely.

Uh... so what was the next issue of TA? Winter 2003? Wrong again, Fleecy!

I guess that just proves that in the world of developing software that nothing is certain! Take a look at the software giant Microsoft, where is their long awaited Longhorn? I assume it will arrive fairly soon now that they have been able to "play" with Tiger!

Thanks for the praise, we seem to have had both praise and abuse from people who use ANN as their source of Amiga related news, here http://www.ann.lu/comments2.cgi?view=1115846956&category=web&start=1&14 you can see what some people (comments 8 & 9) think of us!

Winter of 2 0 0 3 ????

Jeez. I downloaded the magazine and only today got around to looking at it because I don't lug my AmigaOne just anywhere so I can read a magazine. When *at* my AmigaOne I am busy using it for projects.

Anyway, I had no stinking idea I had bothered with a relic from more than a year ago! I vaguely feel deceived by that "just sold out" that makes it sound like it was recent. #?!@ I threw out my AmigaWorld magazines from the 90's, too.

Amiga magazines might get my attention if they published the table of contents (because I didn't go much further with this pdf either!) as a pdf in the same manner as this -thing-. It would serve as a close relative to thumbing same at my local magazine store when I want to get out of the house.
