Software News   Software News : The Labyrinth of Time Released as Free Download
posted by wyrmkeep on 25-May-2005 19:03:16 (5650 reads)
The Wyrmkeep Entertainment Co. has released the Amiga version of the adventure game The Labyrinth of Time as a free download.

Information can be found on the Amiga Support page for the game.

The game is also available on CD-ROM (in case a 170MB download is a bit much). There are also versions for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.

We are looking for large bandwidth sites that would be willing to mirror The Labyrinth of Time archive files, especially outside the US. If you can provide such help, please send an e-mail to techsupport@wyrmkeep.com.

I completed the download of the .lha file, but it fails to unpack with a CRC error. You might want to double-check to make sure it's a valid archive.

Hi everybody,

- What are the requirements?
- Has anyone tried it on OS4.0? Does it work?

Thanks,
Firbodi

Sounds good.

Anybody know how to get in touch with programmers of Evil's Doom to see if they'll release their source?

I downloaded the file as well and get an error when decompressing the file. Looks like most of it extracted, but there is something wrong with the file that is on the site.

I do have a high bandwidth site that I can mirror the file on. I'll email the address above to see if you want to take advantage of it.

Thanks,

agima

Funny'ly enough, my original disk has shown up after 8 years!
Now my CD32 power pack is missing!

(must try the other versions when I get time)

Sorry for the problems people have experienced downloading the game. All we can say is "D'oh!"

We have added two mirror sites from which to download a proper (non-corrupt) archive which we hope will alleviate some problems.
