What a horrendous mess the ordering page is. 
Seems to be updating on every dropdown so take care or you'll cancel your order accidentally. Thought there was something wrong with my keyboard for a second there. Thought Firefox was misbehaving too.
Ok. Going back to my happy place now.

| Browsing the site, I see the author has 44 hours of interviews.
If this was included on a companion CD in mp3 format, I'm sure all would be willing to pay a bit more for this once in a lifetime audio.
I will be ordering the book too though.

| Yep, just placed my order too . . . although the fact that the $-£ exhcange rate is so good at the moment made it even more attractive over here across the pond in the UK.
