| HARDware indeed, HARD to get.
Hope they can clear it up whatever is delaying the new boards. _________________ AmigaOS or MorphOS on x86 would sell orders of magnitude more than the current, hardware-intensive solutions. And they'd go faster.-- D.Haynie

| Obviously Eyetech (for whatever reason) is unable to maintain a continuous supply to meet the market demand. This leaves the door open for others to fill the gap--assuming they can secure the necessary license from Amiga Inc. and co-operation from Hyperion.
Choice is good, and I hope other solutions, like the Prometheus board, actually make it to market.
Political reasons prevent the porting/licensing of OS4 to the Pegasos-2 (too much bad blood from the Amiga side--even though Bill Buck has thrown several olive branches), so don't ever expect OS4 on Peg-2. I know the standard reply is "Ya all Bill Buck has to do is buy a license...". Well...that's much easier said than done. Money has been offered to Amiga Inc. for the necessary license and they didn't even respond. Anyway, I am not going to go there...
It's a shame, from a end user perspective, as that is a perfect board for OS4 - AND is continuously available, for a reasonable price. Something Eyetech has never been able to deliver, unfortunately.
Maybe the Prometheus board will be the answer. _________________ AmigaOS 4.x Beta Tester - Classic Amiga enthusiast - http://www.hd-zone.com is my Amiga Blog, check it out!

| >Not your fault Sven...< Eyetech needs to produce more boards, they should sell really easily.
How comes some Italian retailers seem to have received theirs ?
