| When I get my A1 working again I'll have a look.
SimpleMail is the number one mailer for the Amiga. Keep up the good work. _________________

| Nice to see the support continuing. I have a couple of questions though:
- Does SimpleMail have a "BCC" function yet?
- Right click a message in YAM, does SimpleMail have features like this? Save Message, Change Status, Save Address, Export, Move, Copy, Delete etc...

| There is an AmigaOS 3.x build also. Installed and working great!
I have a great Email client (SimpleMail), an awsome IRC client (Wookiechat), and now just waiting for FireFox.
I think FireFox will give the Amiga platform a lot of credibility. I just hope to see it in my lifetime
Thanks to all the devs out there for keeping Amiga alive.

| Does simplemail, handle DBX files correctly.
I am not online with my A1, but have backed up the .dbx files from the PC, and was hoping to be able to read them on the A1.
I have tried the import dbx option, but although Simplemail seemed to process the file, the import window closed, and I couldn't find access to the dbx file anywhere. I assumed the import had failed, but that might have been me being a bit thick. _________________ Peter Swallow. A1XEG3-800 [IBM 750FX PowerPC], running OS4.1FE, using ac97 onboard sound.

| @FuZion:
1. No BCC: for now 2. The contextmenu is only "Spam check", "Set status" and "Delete"
@Swoop:
The Import dbx file is done like fetching new mails form your ISP. The dbx file will be scanned and each mail will be written into the Incoming folder and than checked against your filters (as like you're fetching mails). There are debug outputs if you start simpelmail from the shell with "Simplemail debug 5" and have eg Sashimi running, you'll see them. |

| v0.28 seems to be working fine so far, although I hardly noticed any differences. Sadly none of my gripes have been address _________________ Author of the PortablE programming language. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue...

| @Gazelle
Simplemail imports the .dbx file into the incoming directory, as individual files (which is correct I assume), but they are not displayed in Simplemails application window. I can only see them as a directory listing, and using multiview, which give a load of header/footer information.
All I want to do is read the emails on my A1, and back them up before I delete them from the PC.
Thanks for any help. _________________ Peter Swallow. A1XEG3-800 [IBM 750FX PowerPC], running OS4.1FE, using ac97 onboard sound.
