I just tried to unzip it on my wintel machine, and it worked fine (re-downloading it first). 
I also try using unarc on AOS4_upd4 and no probs.
Try to download it from OS4Depot.

Apparently we have the same problem with os4 zip. See the thread in forum. I can't make zip files without protection in it.

I just saw you were from France, though on the ScreenGrab you just posted not everything is translated in French (like the buttons, files, selected, All, None, Start, Quit...) ?

French's catalog for AmigaOS4 isn't ready by now. I use OS3.9 one. My Workbench is in French language, but All new things are still by default in English.
