posted by Anonymous on 20-Mar-2003 20:26:46 (2130 reads)
Apologies to all waiting for arrival of AmigaWorldRadio. Due to Broadband delays on our servers Amiga World Radio will be set back another two weeks.

This is due to the delay on BT service. We were told two more weeks before install of Broadband. More news soon.

How many people are able to tune into AmigaWorld Radio? Is it like what we run on #amigaone for our visitors or can there be hundreds listening to it?

Also if you need any AmigaWorld jingles for the station feel free to email me as I have the copyright on them (given I made them)

While you wait you can also tune into AmigaOne IRC Radio which can take up to 10 listeners at the moment (weekdays 7pm-11pm mainly for our regulars on #amigaone) If you need any help setting up SAM drop me a line.

http://radio.amigaone-irc.net/ check #amigaone channel for air times.

Davey I never plug http://amigaone-irc.net here! I dont know what you mean!

Im past the urge plug anything these days - I made up my mind to let those who want to find Amiga related channels - find us...

I posted a reply to this news post as I too have set up and have running our radio stream for our members since last week. I thought the person who posted this topic would like to have the jingles I made for you a year or so ago when we tried this first time around.

Those trolls on ANN scare me to much to post anything these days. It's not worth it. And I'd hate to have those trolls messing up the channel too... Things are ok the way they are I think.

It would be nice to have a regular Amiga radio broadcast...
