That's very kind and thoughtful.

Cool! Although I imagine this is a ruse to stimulate sales due to the fact that everyone is enjoying the holiday weather rather than slaving over a hot mediator!

Very good products too! However if you had any sense or business acumen you would be announcing a timeline for the Shark (or any board capable of running OS4, MOS or both) if you don't want to go the way of the dodo!

What Holiday is Elbox talking about?

Generic summer holidays?

@moxee:

Well, it appears that Dragon is still on holiday and I guess they are celebrating that.

Spider is too expensive, but i could buy one to easy transfer data from my A1 to my A1200.

Free delivery on new products would be better

Why not just release the shark with WOS / powerup compatibility for now.
Stuff waiting for OS4, get it out the door and do the deal with amiga / hyperion later.

Like others, i would rather see some info regarding the status of the dragon, be it good or bad... It was stated that they would be ready to be shown in june, but since then we yet again heard absolutely zero and silence on such a matter is not something that gives one a good reputation. If there is delays or even cancellation of the project, then just please so instead of keeping us in the dark. Honest info is always a good thing..

But not all things are bad, as i am very happy with your other products that i own. But i really wish you were better at communicating with the community.

@Tomas

I prefer quiet and a surprise release than noise and nothing.

@Elbox

Happy mysterious holiday(s) to ya!

Wouldn't a PCMCIA network-card be much nicer to have for the A1200?

So do i.. The only problem is that elbox has already announced that it should have been released or shown to the public ages ago. When they announce something as big as that, then they should not suddently turn quiet.

This makes it all the more berwildering why they never bothered with OS4 or MOS hardware which has the potential to grow.

On a different subject - with the exciting new hardware available for the A600 now announced - it would be nice to see a fast IDE controller for the A600!

Because it's not possible, it'd require both processors on the same bus and they obviously aren't.

The Dragon went on holiday with the Shark.

Not sure about The Shark but according to an old Polish legend The Dragon (from Cracow) was killed by Little Shoemaker. He prepared a sheep stuffed with salt and sulphur. The Dragon ate it and then drinked so huge amount of water from a river that his stomach blowed up.
So, your waiting is a little pointless
