@Raffaele

What's the point of this comment? This us against them attitude is getting really tired, you know?

Me and Yoodoo2 we were joking pal!

So please don't make a fool of yourself by misunderstanding, as Mawrick and Jahc did them both too.

Get life easy.

Lucky beggars or trashy bums we are all amigans.

[And I stop here. I don't want to answer more to what it is obvious.

@ All:

Read carefully joke posts and the answer to jokes before starting moaning about unexistent flamewars you had had seen only in your mind]

Maybe sometimes it's better not to try some jokes

@Petah

you can run MorphOS *now* on CSPPC/BlizzardPPC equipped Amigas so it's definitely Amiga related

@ hatschi
There is no cache yet, no menu options except for "Prefs", no cookie support, etc.

IIRC cache engine and cookie support are o the top of marcik's "to do" list.

Just don't forget that we come from different parts and cultures in the world.
What is a joke to you, can be a serious offence to someone else and vice versa.

The TOS has a part that says: Be cautious when using sarcasm and humour. Without facial expressions and tone of voice, they do not translate easily over the Internet in posts.

That part is there for a very good reason.

Now, what I want to say with this is:
Jokes are fine, and fun. If you have a joke don't be afraid to share it with the rest of us.
Just use a bit caution when you post .

Why don't you use Antialiased fonts?
Are not Japanese fonts supported?

Blimey.

Perhaps I ought to limit my use of idiosyncratic English phrases.

"Lucky beggars" has nothing to do with begging at all - it's a milder form of "lucky buggers"!

I really don't think Raffaele was trying to cause a big fight with his comments either.

Could we not just all be glad that one section of the Amiga/Amiga-like commuity has the making of a modern browser?

Because they are too slow on my Powerup-system (175Mhz).

Haven't looked into that yet. The preferences allow switching between different codepages though.

Alright, no problem with jokes, but the wording could have been a bit better, anyway wasn't ment as an offending comment, so hopefully you didn't get that offended....;)

@ Mawrick

No problem Mawrick.

@ yoodoo2

Yes, I understood you had no desire to harm, and I don't intendend "lucky beggars" as an offence, just a joke.

And just I don't believe my eyes, when people then went upset!

I answered you with another joke, just to suggest you all (with a bit of humor) to start a bounty from AmigaOS side.

Just out of curiosity in respect to the recent "usefulness" of the Efika - how slow is Sputnik on the PowerUP boards? Is it useful, or does slow speed make it useless?

Do you think Sputnik will be useful on an Efika system with twice the performance?

The Efika, or any other hardware for that matter, is not the aim of this thread. Knowing that if he answers there is going to be another "how useful the Efika is" discussion, do not mention it again in this thread.

@hatschi

Just noticed in your last screenshot: i.e. Browser info (note the "OS platform" ) that cookies have been "forbitten". If that word means what I think it means, I don't think I'll touch those cookies any more.

@Raffaele

I'm sure you'll understand that it is sometimes difficult to separate the jokes from the annoying "us against them" posts.
What separates your post from a real flame is the tiny smiley and even then, some flame posts have those too. ;)

This is sorted out now.

That needs fixing, as does the User-Agent string.

Anyway, one of these is called for:

A whole tribe of the little critters will turn up when the OS4 version is released
