To clarify the news, I should say only the Decoding Engine is OS4 native, not the GUI. A native decoding engine is very important part. Especially because the equalier works under OS4 without a need for WarpUp emulation.

Superb! I have already been using it for a while and the equalizer really makes a huge different. Or maybe it is the native engine that has something to do with the improvement of soundquality?

Excellent I have just downloaded, installed and reconfigured AmigaAmp.

One minor comment, the player window still reports AmigaAmp as version 2.17?

Thanks anyway,

TrevorDick

You need to get the main AmigaAmp archive as well.

I've downloaded both the main one and the OS4 decoder. Works great for me.

However, I've moved on to OGG files instead, so TuneNet is still my current OS4 choice for music file playing. I'm actually lucky that I still have about four MP3 files left to even try this.

So I don't see myself using AmigaAmp again any time soon, unless the author adds the ability to play OGG files that is.

Here it says 2.18, both in the GUI (even says AmigaOS4 in parenthesis) and in the about window! Are you sure you're using the correct version?

@Korni

If you have problems, you need to give them some GRIM reports, or else they can reproduce the problem.

I where expecting solid window resizing to be fixed in this version but it is not
Hope they fix it in the next release.
