As AROS won't run on my computer, this is definitely essential. (Although I recall that last time I tried something like this it wasn't very fast, but I guess better than nothing.)

I'm having trouble downloading. it tends to stop around the 30 meg mark and even if I "Resume" the download it still can't quite finish.

I'm using dsl, and generally have no difficulty downloading large files.

The screenshot looks really good.. it's nice to see som visual progress on aros.

someday this might end up beeing a good Amiga replacement.

Seems to be a server problem.
You may use a tool like flashget to download the file.

I will also upload it in 7zip format, as some people seems to have problems with decompressing the rar archive.

Is there a "live" CD ?

It would be nice to try out the latest AROS by simply booting a CD.

it even works under VirtualPC

I already have WinAros Light (and have placed it on a flash drive for easy portability). is the only file that needs upgrading the "WinArosHD.img"???

remember you are talking to someone that doesn't program. I see much of this as some form of "magic".

I really don't like installing programs on my windows (god, i hate windows. and I have a fairly stable system - but then i tip-toe around so it doesn't get scared. I use FilZilla for ftp. )

anyway, I am very patient. I am, after all an amiga user from WAY back.
