| I know it's a bit weird but I wonder: can Hollywood be used to create documents? Can you define a screen size like a page size and print it when the document is done? _________________ Philippe 'Elwood' Ferrucci Sam460 1.10 Ghz AmigaOS 4 betatester Amiga Translator Organisation

Hollywood is the programming language while the Designer is a tool to make easier use of Hollywood for making presentations, applications and the like. Don't mix them up.
What kind of documents do you think of? You can define any resolution that you want but you cannot tell A4, B3, C6, Letter and so on. You have to try and calculate it yourself then. You can only chose pixels as resolution, no inches, millimeters or different measures. The Designer is meant for screen resolutions, not for printed presentations. So there is no builtin print function although both (page layout and printing) would be very useful for school, university, work, handouts or just other uses. Hopefully the Designer will get it one day. Would be very useful. So right now you can only print screenshots or bitmap files from your sheets but you cannot print documents at a whole.
EDIT: Forgot to point you to some examples on the official site where you can see if it fits your kind of documents that you want: http://www.airsoftsoftwair.de/images/products/designer/de20_shot01.jpg http://www.airsoftsoftwair.de/images/products/designer/de20_shot02.jpg Last edited by Sprocki on 09-Apr-2007 at 03:55 PM.
