| Not having a Windows desktop machine, is it possible to Install this to the Amiga formatted drive using E-UAE on Linux instead of WinUAE under Windows? |

| Is there a file in Aminet that allows the person to do a transdisk for hdf files to the physical hard drive of my Amiga 1200? I mean it comes in hdf image file and I want to burn it back into the real disk drive, how do I do that? Thanks in advance. |

I'm not sure that it can natively, probably not.. But Linux can mount real Amiga HDD's. I have a new drive that I set up in HDToolbox on a real Amiga. I then put it into the Ubuntu Linux system and execute:
modprove affs
mount /dev/hdb1 ./amiga -t affs
Now I can access it from E-UAE with no problem. |

Here is what I did (which worked):
1. Partition/format drive in real Amiga
2. Disconnect drive from Amiga
3. Connect drive to PC
4. Mount the AmigaSYS3 Plus AGA HDF as a loopback device
mkdir ~/drive1
mount -o loop /path/to/AmigaSYS3PlusAGA.hdf ~/drive1 -t affs
5. Mount the real Amiga HDD
mkdir ~/drive2
mount /dev/ ~/drive2 -t affs
6. Copy AmigaSYS to HDD
cp -a ~/drive1 ~/drive2
7. Unmount and clean up
umount ~/drive1
umount ~/drive2
rmdir ~/drive1
rmdir ~/drive2
8. Disconnect the Amiga HDD from PC and put into Amiga
Success! |

LZX file for advanced users , (using : need LZX file (aminet) , extract sheel, fm, dopus, packmaster or alternativ programs, and copy formated , bootable partition) , see amigasys page install for beginners guide (WinUAE need).

| Yes you can do that also but unless you want to wait for a month or so to transfer the files through serial port, you have to find another way of approaching this. |

| 1, Install AmigaSYS with WinUAE
2, Load AmigaSYS konfig and add one PC dir name AmigaSYS.
3, Start WinUAE , Fm3.0 and Copy all files into AmigaSYS folder.
AmigaSYS files send to AmigaHD...
Alternate mode :
http://www.mindcreations.com/projects/ports/unlzx.zip
download unpack unlzx.exe into (example AmigaSYS) folder and copy AmigaSYS3PlusAGA.lzx
go dos command , start/execute cmd.exe , go AmigaSYS folder, type parameter unlzx.exe AmigaSYS3PlusAGA.lzx and wait... And send AmigaSYS files into Amiga HD.
