Very understandable with this courtcase and lack of hardware. Hopefully it will change for the better when the war between Hyperion and Amiga is over (if ever..).

A little unfair I think, Krashan. I doubt the money he has "grabbed" has amounted to anywhere near the amount he could have made staying in full time employment rather than trying to support the Amigas progress. Still, I could be wrong. Is there huge amounts of money to be made in creating development tools for AmigaOS 4 anyone?

| Sad, but not surprising. I hope that those who pre-payed, or used the 'purchase plans' & 'sponsorship' do not feel cheated. And hopefully he can still find the time to finish AVD or pass it on to someone who can.

Nonsense.
How much could he have made anyway? At the moment there is no point in Amiga OS 4 business because the court case could go anyway. So don't go blaming him for stopping his efforts.
Go blame Amiga Inc. for their shell game. There you will find the guilty party.
