The AROS-SDK is build every night from the AROS sources. Whenever new features are added to AROS, these are included in the SDK if neccesary.
I the last Time, progress on AROS is very fast, so it is useful to update the SDK from Time to time. The last update for AmiDevCpp was two month old.
When I tried to compile the InstallAROS app today It missed a #define in dos/dos.h, so it was time to update...

BTW
You can update the includes and libs in AmiDevCpp manually if neccessary, but with the Package Manager it is just one click to install everything.

I am not sure if I understood you correctly ?
Are you asking for a Distribution of AROS with some Programs ?
Well some people are working on this but it will certainly take some time.

If you want to use Hollywood, you need to buy it. It is commercial.
It is certainly worth its money.

@Templario

You can download the latest nighly builds from www.aros.org. Look for [latest-date].-386-pc-boot-iso.zip

Unfortunately I was unable to boot the CD on my Dell laptop. I doubt it would therefore run on my newer AMD system, though I'm going to give it a try when I get a chance.

A disrto would be lovely. Currently there's VMAros which is designed to be used with the free vmWare player (or any commecial vm system), but it hasn't been updated in a while.

Hollywood works on AROS, but Hollywood designer does not, due to its heavy reliance on MUI classes which are anavailabe for AROS.
