Announcement   Announcement : Help needed!
posted by Lazi on 1-Apr-2008 11:26:50 (7005 reads)
Our secret agent comrade Ostrovich has succesfully caught a secret message from Amiga Inc.

Unfortunately the message is heavily encrypted and we do not have the computing power to
unscramble it before the information will self destruct.

We quickly developed a tool to solve the secret message.
The more of you run this application, the quicker we got the result that is needed to
end the lawsuit.

You can download the tool for AmigaOS4, AmigaOS3.x (untested), and for the mainstream systems (Windows).

The first one who deliver the whole message can name the target of a 15 euro donation.
(It should AmigaOS4 related)

(Amiga Liberation Organization)

@Ferry

Please try to start it from cli. Somebody suggested that way.
There is two executable and maybe the icons overlap themself and you accidentally started the 68k version which is untested and maybe suffer from problems.

Anyway on my mikro A1 it is working correctly.

The fonts drawer should be in the same drawer as the executable.

Hey guys!

Is there anybody who tried to press the right mouse button?

Hehe, look at if did not!

Nope, never tried that, so I didn't realise that upon completing the first message there was a second one. (I did it the old fashioned way of pen and paper)

Had a quick go just now, and when I clicked on the second message with the LMB, I crashed Hollywood with a "Sprite not found" error. (windows version).

I said that the information will self-destruct.

To be serious, I will check the problems and a new version will be uploaded to OS4depot. So be tuned, just two more weeks!

I found it crashed until When uncompressing in UnArc I untick the codebreaker68k and codebreaker68k.info, so it was just creating the OS4 files..
