Because they are licensed to be used only with Cloantos Amiga Forever package. They require a keyfile found within the software CD in order to be used in WinUAE (or it's derivatives).
It was designed to stop the average piracy of the ROM files since without the key necessary to decrypt them, they are (effectively) useless. _________________ Test sig (new)
